In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By registering an Account on cc6vip, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or game bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and cc6vip.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of cc6vip after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active cc6vip Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cc6vip or PAGCOR;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
• You are of sound mind and are not under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

cc6vip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cc6vip will result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) cc6vip Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account on cc6vip, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must notify cc6vip promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. cc6vip shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials. You must notify cc6vip immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on cc6vip are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). cc6vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. cc6vip reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the banking section of your Account dashboard. cc6vip does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which cc6vip accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name and previously used for deposits. cc6vip reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Requests that fail verification will be declined and the funds returned to the Account wallet.

Deposits used in active wagers or subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the relevant bets have been settled and all applicable wagering requirements met. cc6vip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) review.

cc6vip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Account holders. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published alongside each individual promotion. The general provisions below apply to all cc6vip bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are distinct from your Real Money Balance.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus credits that satisfy the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• cc6vip reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, by exploiting technical errors, or through collusion.
• Each Account holder is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including via duplicate Accounts — constitutes fraud.
• cc6vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on cc6vip — including live dealer casino games, RNG table games, slots, sports betting, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

All bets placed on cc6vip are final once confirmed. cc6vip will not reverse or cancel any bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verifiable technical error attributable to cc6vip. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, cc6vip reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to participating players.

For sports betting markets, cc6vip reserves the right to suspend any market, correct odds errors, or void bets where a manifestly incorrect price was offered due to human error or data feed failure. cc6vip's decision on the settlement of all games and bets is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering as a person under 21 years of age or using false identity documents;
• Creating more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cc6vip staff or other players;
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform.

All content on the cc6vip Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of cc6vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of cc6vip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc6vip shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

cc6vip does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. cc6vip shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cc6vip's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

cc6vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with online gambling. We provide the following tools, accessible within your Account settings at any time after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all cc6vip services.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact cc6vip's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

cc6vip's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and Account status shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
